Brittany is a seasoned business woman & entrepreneur. She has been in the business world for 20+years. Beginning as a labourer she worked her way the top of her family business, becoming the VP & began overseeing business operations. This allowed her father to take some item off as she expanded the operations. Through her corporate experience she was exposed to the treatment of women in the business world, which gave birth to the initial idea of TBPH.

Growing up she often had visions of owning medical spa, and dabbled in the fashion world as a runway model from 2006-2011 - this lead to the birth of first business, in 2010 Bonvie was born.

 Her passion lead her to pursue further education in the beauty industry part time. Beginning with her MUA certification in 2012, she continued to learn Lash Extensions,  Laser Hair Removal & Skincare. Ultimately she decided to become a Master Medical Aesthetician. 

Along her education she followed one Master Rule: she created: "to delegate you must educate" meaning to operate a successful team, the key is to know every aspect of each business module. She carried on learning various treatments, eventually evolving Bonvie from a small fashion boutique to a full scale med spa.

HOW TBPH WAS BORN:

TBPH was born after leaving the corporate word, after experiencing male dominance and mistreatment towards women, she was determined to create a safe space  for women. Shortly after beginning her businesses plan we were hit with Covid-19, which put a halt to business. So she began to work on her medspa expanison plans. Along the way she sought mentorship from friends and acquaintances in the industry quickly learning how  cut throat women were treating each other to make an extra dollar. Friends were using each other, mentors were misleading mentees and women were NOT working together. With the beauty business being a multi billion dollar industry which actively grows each day, the lack of information being relayed in treatment trainings & astonishing amount of ineffective treatments being completed - something had to give. Aware of the waves women working together could create, she began working on a plan to create a safe space for women, a place to heal mind, body & should and specifically assist women building beauty businesses.

First came the launch of studio spaces for rent, with a unique event space nestled within, 

Second came equipment rentals to help females start a beauty business & have a location without spending 10's of thousands of dollars in start up costs

Wrapping up, we launched Events and Workshops for the Mind Body & Soul - Because we matter as a whole!

Lastly, we launched Mentorship, Training and Advanced Treatment protocols to help esthi perfect their skills and give valuable result driven treatments to their clients.

TBPH is founded on the POWER OF WOMEN WORKING TOGETHER; Collaboration, A Kind Heart, A Helpful Hand & a Shoulder to lean on, Lets Empower each other instead of tearing each other down.

At TBPH STUDIOS, we believe that small actions can make a big impact, and we work tirelessly to create a more sustainable future for females in the beauty industry. Our mission is to create a space where women can find mental clarity, support and community. By breaking the barriers beauty professionals face when trying to expand we hope to form a wave through the industry, encouraging women to work together & support each other. We envision a would where women uplift each other, build together and heal collectively. 

For Beauty professionals specifically, our mission is to remove all the fog that's blocking goals/progress & create an environment to educate, elevate and collaborate. We believe with the right mentorship & community there are no limits to you dreams. Our aim is to become a hub for women evolvement, especially in the business world.
