WE WILL ACCEPT ITEMS BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND, AND WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR BOTH REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES, ITEMS SENT BACK TO US MUST BE UNOPENED & UNUSED/UNWORN OR DAMAGED.

Our partners and tbph do not offer refunds of services rendered or purchased. Memberships may be cancelled at any time after mandatory duration, discounted services or packages can not be refunded as they are heavily discounted. We reserve the right to hault treatment to any individual who presents a threat to our staff or property.
